ABOUT CHRIS
When I was introduced to Chris he was frustrated and discouraged by his total lack of success. Chris had attempted and failed on numerous workout and diet plans. He had hired personal trainers and enrolled in Boot Camps but nothing seemed to work. Chris weighed almost 290 pounds and felt miserable. The first thing I did was convince Chris that he absolutely could achieve his fitness goals. I filled his head with positive thoughts and helped him create a vision of what he could accomplish. Once we went to work, he did everything I asked of him and his results were remarkable. Not only did he lose over 110 pounds of pure body fat, but he gained almost 20 pounds of metabolism boosting muscle! Today, Chris maintains his health, and continues to improve his body.
